To schedule an Instructional Design Consultation or request assistance with your existing CGS online course, fill out our Request Form and a CGS ID will be in touch.
Note: Our consultation form is best for assistance with or instruction on:
- creating custom home pages with navigational buttons,
- creating and/or adding rubrics to discussions and assignments,
- adding release dates to course features such as announcements and modules, and
- creating or embedding videos and other multimedia elements into existing online courses.
Due to the high volume or courses and to help us serve you better, we ask that requests for minor changes please be submitted at least one week prior to the term the revisions are intended to take effect.
Requests for more substantial changes need to be submitted at least four weeks in advance.
Requests submitted on weekends or outside of work hours will be reviewed on the next workday.
Last-minute requests are subject to staffing availability, timing, and the nature of the request.
