This study abroad experience in Graz, Austria will immerse you in an international environment where healthcare and policy differs significantly from the United States.

This short-term, accelerated summer program on the Comparative Healthcare Systems and Global Perspectives on Nursing History is a unique opportunity to compare the healthcare systems of the US and the UK and explore questions of universal healthcare, including issues of inequality in accessing it.

Himalayan Health & Wilderness First Responder
(Summer, Panther Program)

Join a group of twenty students for five and a half weeks during the early summer in North India to learn about the challenges of emergency medicine, public health and medical care in the Himalayas, one of the most spectacular mountain ranges on earth.

Disaster Relief and Response in Oregon

Wrongful Conviction – London

This four-week, accelerated summer program provides students with the opportunity to study human rights and focus on the specific area of wrongful conviction.

INTERNSHIPS

If you want to complete an internship, you must meet with your advisor to discuss how an internship will fit in with your program. The approval process can be time-consuming—please start early.

Programs such as Pitt in London and IES have exciting internships available in many fields. Arcadia and CIEE have service-learning opportunities available. Inquire about at the Global Experiences office.
