Google Analytics Workshop (January 24 & 31,2026)

The College of General Studies and the Center for Branding at the Graduate School of Business have partnered to provide CGS students in the Media and Professional Communications major/Digital Media, Corporate & Community Relations, and Writing for Professions certificates an opportunity to attend innovative digital workshops.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS 
 
Dates: January 24th & January 31st, 2026
Location: Zoom link (provided upon successful registration) & Room 118E Mervis Hall
Schedule:
Saturday January 24th Instruction 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday January 31st Instruction 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
                                      Review and Exam 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

You must attend both days to sit for the exam.

Why Attend the Workshop?

· Learn how to evaluate and leverage your Google platform and be able to make revisions to your campaigns in real time to optimize your ROI.

· Discover how to optimize spending and avoid throwing your money down the Google Ads wishing well.

· Learn everything you need to know to pass the Google Analytics exam. Please note that to obtain Google Analytics certification, you will need to successfully complete one exam (Fundamentals).

Workshop Fees:  $125 (for Non-Katz Pitt students)
$125 Grant through the CGS Academic Achievement Scholarship Program will pay for eligible students.

Eligibility requirements:

In order to be eligible to participate in the workshop and qualify for a CGS stipend, you must be a CGS Student pursuing:

  • Media and Professional Communications Major, or
  • A certificate in Corporate and Community Relations, Written Professional Communication, or Digital Media 
  • Currently enrolled for Spring Term 2022 (either part-time or full-time) 
  • A junior or senior 
  • In good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0

Note: CGS Seats are limited to 7 and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
