Dr. Wilfong is the Executive Director of an investigation firm and has been with the company since 2011. Throughout her tenure with the company she has conducted criminal, civil, and professional investigations involving, but not limited to: homicides, sexual assaults, sexual harassment, human trafficking, and locating missing persons. She has conducted undercover operations in both public and private sectors and has conducted thousands of sensitive interviews with victims, witnesses, and suspects. In addition to investigations, she has presented nationally on topics of Conflict Resolution, Workplace Violence, Active Shooter, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. She began teaching at the University of Pittsburgh in 2018.
