There are many different ways to connect and speak with a CGS advisor about our programs.
1. Book an In-Person or Online Appointment
Use NAVIGATE, Pitt's online system for students, to schedule an appointment with your CGS advisor.
CGS advisors are not able to accommodate non-CGS students on their calendars at this time. Non-CGS students may utilize our zoom drop-in hours and advising email address listed below.

2. Drop-in during Zoom Hours
Zoom drop-in hours for the Fall 2026 term begin Monday, August 17th.
Monday- 10am-11am
Tuesday- 10am- 11am
Wednesday- 3-4pm
Thursday- 2pm-3pm
Please log into the Zoom room no later than 45 mins past the hour to join the queue. Students are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis.
