David DeFazio, JD

David J. DeFazio graduated from La Roche University in 1981 and Duquesne University School of Law in 1984. After working as a prosecuting trial attorney in the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office, Professor DeFazio opened his private law office in 1988 and continues to work as a trial attorney whose practice focuses on litigation, which has spanned the legal spectrum from death penalty cases to routine family law trials. DeFazio has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh since 1987.
