Osher Lifelong Learning Institute courses are taught by an outstanding array of current and retired faculty from the University of Pittsburgh and surrounding colleges, as well as experts from the local community. Courses typically meet weekly for five weeks, with two five-week sessions scheduled each academic term (fall, spring, and summer).
Do you have a desire to enrich the lives of adult learners and to nurture their passion for learning? Do you have an area of expertise that you would like to share with members? OLLI encourages interested instructors to submit a course proposal (see links above) following the guidelines detailed in the course proposal outline. Course proposals are reviewed by the OLLI Curriculum Committee and can be submitted at any time. Click here for the summer/fall 2016 letter to potential instructors.
Proposals for the fall 2017 term are due April 27, 2017 to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All instructors interested in teaching an OLLI course will also complete an availability form online. The link will be sent to potential instructors shortly after the deadline for proposals.
