PantherTRACS Information

PantherTRACS (T ools for R ecruiting A nd C areer S ervices) is Career Services ' on-line registration and job search system. University students are able to manage their own on-line "portfolio" of documents, job searches, and information from any internet-capable personal computer.

PantherTRACS Features:


PROFILE : Collects student and alumni information such as major, career interests, geographic preferences, work experience, etc.

DOCUMENTS : Students can schedule on-campus interviews from the comfort of their own home! Both students and employers will be able to view interview schedules on-line and schedule interviews, receive information on interview requirements, retrieve dates for information sessions, and much more! PantherTRACS allows students to apply to jobs
on-line by submitting their electronic resume to the company!

APPLICATIONS : Create and submit resumes and cover letters on-line! Make sure you upload your resume into one or more electronic resume "books" that will be used by employers to search for qualified candidates.

EVENTS : Provides a listing of the events for which you are registered, as well as other dates that are relevant to these events, like pre-interview meetings and on-campus interviews.

JOBS & INTERNSHIPS : Search for jobs or internships using a broad range of search criteria. Make sure you check out the "one-click searches" to speed up the process!

EMPLOYERS : Search for employer information by company name or job industry.

CALENDAR : Learn about all of the upcoming events hosted by the University of Pittsburgh's Career Services! Included are resume deadlines, career fairs, information sessions, and more!

MENTORSHIP : Find a mentor who can provide guidance in your career planning.
